Frequently Asked Questions

Questions on the Photo Editor:

1. How do I upload digital photos to my account?

You can upload digital photos from your computer's hard drive, a floppy disk or CD. You can also upload directly from a digital camera or memory card connected to your computer.

a. From your Photo page, click "Get Photos."

b. A screen will pop up “Select Photos to Add”, press the Browse Button.

c. This will take you to your computer “Select Files”, click on the destination that has your photo(s)

d. If you have multiple photos, press the shift button and click with your mouse to select multiple files.

e. Once the images are selected, click on the Open Button and this will take you back to the“Select Photos to Add” page.

f. Check to see that all of your images have been uploaded and then click on the Add Photos Now Button

g. You should now see your photos in “My Photos” on the right hand side of the screen.

2. How do I place my image in the product?

a. Choose a design template from the thumbnail options on the page

b. Once the design is selected, click on the photo of your choice and it will appear with-in the product.


3. How do I move the image or format the image in the card?

a. Click on the photo in the template, and it will bring up a Photo Editor, this will allow you to shift the picture: up and down, or left and right. You can also add tint, or remove the photo.

4. Now that I’m done with the front of the card, how do I write in the inside of the card?

a. Above the card you will see two buttons, “Front” and “Inside”, click on the Inside Button and click on text to add your message.


Questions on Shipping/ Tracking:

1. How long does it take to before I will receive my order?

a. Most orders are shipped within 2 days, and typically they arrived with-in 7 days.

2. Do you offer rush shipping?

a. Yes. We offer Fed Ex and Next Day Air

3. How do I track my order?

a. When you purchase your order, it will ask you to submit your e-mail address and a password

please hold onto this information. This will be the same information you will use to track your order

online.

b. On the Home Page, click on “Track Your Order”, then sign-in to access your tracking orders.

Questions on damaged products:

1. Whom do I contact if my order was damaged or I need to return an item?

a. In both cases, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-267-7574. Hours of

operation are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday.
